Judging by the number of times Jack Tretton said "exclusive" (something like 5), it's not coming to 360. It's probably a deal with Sony. I doubt it was so simple as an exchange for Grand Theft Auto (why would they trade GTA for a new IP?), but there's some kind of exclusivity contract here.

As AnarchyWest said, LA Noire will probably come to 360 at some point, but Tretton did say "exclusive" and didn't tiptoe around it with "you will only be able to play it on PS3 when it launches in 2010." like Final Fantasy XIV.

I don't remember any tip toeing around about Bioshock either, tbh its not what's said now that matters. This game will go to 360.

"We have no plans for a PS3 version at the moment". That is the very definition of tiptoeing.

We can't be sure until Rockstar releases a statement, but from what we know, it's PS3 exclusive.

Anyway, no, and I think LA Noire is becoming vapourware, and many of the things from that are being incorporated into Agent, I think we have gone too long without hearing about it

And anyway, as it has been designed the take advantage of the cell and blu-ray, that's what they said when the Rockstar exclusive was first announced, it probably won't be that easy to port, so if it sells well they won't bother
