small edit: Fear 2 was appealed and given a MA15+ rating so no censorship, there are few extra cases and yes Silent Hill was censored down under:

Id be pissed if they censor it. In some shooting games (Gears) you can blow someones head straight off and then see pieces of their head scattered on the ground in a pool of blood.
If that can be allowed, anything should be allowed in God of War.
Fallout 3 has exploding heads and shit, no reason God of War should be censored.
