DS: Amazing
PSP: Good
Wii: Good
PS3: Bad
X360: Um.....

EDIT: So basically, same old, same old. Same order, just a MUCH larger gap between DS and everything else-

DS: 141,412

Everything else combined: 63,350. Less than half.

Having said that, considering DQIX sold over 2 million first week, I expected a slightly larger boost. Still amazing, though.

Biggest game of the generation? What? It's definitely not the biggest worldwide. And if you're talking Japan only, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl is at almost 6 million. I don't see Dragon Quest reaching that.

Pokémon may have a tad more sales than Dragon Quest, but Dragon Quest is undoubtly the biggest game in terms of popularity, hype and impact in Japan. There's just a crazy amount of DQ fanatics in Japan.

I think it'd sell like 250k-300k (assuming it'd be a spinoff). DQS on the Wii sold 500k with only 2 mil Wiis sold! But sales'd be pretty low anyway so it's not worth doing.

They should make it for PS3

Try like...around 1/6. The JP population is over 120 mil.

But DQ does sell consoles...

What I meant is that not EVERY console will be sold by Dragon Quest. Put a DQ on the DreamCast, it'll get a sales boost, but it won't sell over 100k in a week. Only the consoles that sell Dragon Quest will be sold by Dragon Quest.
