What for? We now have the user generated news. Make the puppies jump through loops to get one of the news editor jobs.

Make it a competition. Like: The first to 20 user generated news wins the cake?

I'm not sure it's impressive. According to the stats, there have been 19 headlines in the last 24 hours, if we take three days that means around 50-60. And only 5 of those came from non-contributors, that's not exactly a huge proportion
