I really doubt it. Many people were burned by the promises the first one made, but didn't deliver on. I expect this to sell maybe half of what the original made.

Like some have mention, a lot of previous owners felt burned and either returned the game or never finished it. I think that will play a major role in Assassin's Creed II not selling as much as the first. But hey, the user bases on both the 360 and PS3 are larger!
