Super Mario Galaxy. At the risk of getting a tomahawk thrown at me, I think the game was too significant, magical, and iconic to be followed up with a sequel. I would rather have seen a whole new Mario game, set in a new location and with completely different things to do.

Well, considering how everyone hated the first Killzone, it seemed pretty weird it was getting a sequel. The sequel seems to have turned out a lot better, of course, so it was a good thing, it just feels weird.
