and to think i was about to get THIS!!! WTF!! they dont deserve my money it looks like a PS2 game they'd better release a patch or im going to pass. i am angry that they would release it looking like that

PS3 version for me. The more crisp graphics of the 360 will bring me nightmares. The more detailed images of ghosts from the 360 version will be hard to get out of my head.

Naughty Dog are wasted on the PS3, it pains me to see such awesome developers saddled with such a terrible system architecture to develop for.

Not to mention the more detailed image of Janine Melnitz.

At my age, I don't need wet dreams of Annie Potts.

going to get the ps3 version, because its the only hd system i own. hoping a patch can be released to make the graphics better, than looking like a high-end ps2 game.

The game probably looks nothing like these fucking screenshots.

Why didn't IGN mention 'blurry'?  They just said there were some more damage effects on the 360.

Why is all this being ignored? 

360 version metacritic score is 79.

PS3 version metacritic score is 78 -- because the 2 Playstation sites gave the PS3 version scores of 70 and 75 while the Xbox reviewers gave the 360 version an 80 and an 81 respectively.

None of the blurbs on the PS3 games mention graphics; seems like many reviews would if the difference was this vast.

The difference is not this vast.

The screenshots do not represent what the game looks like -- I think that's the implication of the dev's comment about comparing screenshots when they used different techniques to display each game in its final form.
