will GT5 + GT:Portable be GREATER than the sales of MK:Wii

remember we are combining GT:P & GT5......consider it as the Gran Turismo Family for the 7th gen vs MK:Wii

I see GT5 selling 10 million, but I see GT:P doing 4 Million MAX

MK:Wii will still be selling, lots.

60% of me says it will and 30% says it won't.

The other 10% says that MKWii and MKDS vs. GT: P and GT5 is more fair.

Fair thought, but to be honest, I don't see GT Portable selling overly well. It'll sell a couple million, but nothing earth-shattering.

If we're optimistic for both:

GT Portable: 5 million

GT5: 10 million

Current MK Wii Sales (which are increasing by a bunch every week): 16 million

I'm talking about games that released after wii launched as thats when the 7th gen began (after all 3 competitors launched)

MK DS launched before wii launched so it wasn't in the 7th gen technically!!!!!

I'm going to say the answer is no on this one.

Well, there is a chance, but it's as small as if it didn't exist.

I would be suprised if the combined GT5 + GTPortable managed to make what MKWii already has. But by the end of this year MKWii will probably be passing 20 million... the only possible way for GT to beat that is if they also make a PS2 version.

Only if they bundle GT5 with every ps3 sold to the end of generation and at the same time put portable one into similar PSP bundle :)
