For the amount i carry my 3000 around with me (pretty much all the time), usually in a bag because its too large to fit in my pocket in the summer, i'd be over the moon the get one of these bad boys (PSP Go).

Battery life isn't a problem now, so i doubt it will be a problem with the Go. What are all you guys complaining about. is it a problem with any of the other models? why would it be a problem now?

Not exactly happy with the price though, £230 is a little steep.

Going to New York in October though, might pick one up at duty free on the way back. does anyone know if there will be compatability problems with the UK?

I don't think it will be £230, but I fear issues over region incompatibility. Currently premium DLC seems to be region locked, so you can only buy DLC for your Asian Burnout Paradise from an Asian PSN store. So if you did want to buy a foreign model, you would have to work out some way of downloading from the US store, be that through setting up a US credit card, or through stocking up on PSN vouchers in the US. However, Sony have not said anything official, so this is just speculation. Currently there is no region lock on UMDs, I have a few US games, but there is on movies, but I don't know about downloaded games on PSP

Is the Store region locked to the PSP and not your PSN account?

..... I would assume account, but I haven't experimented. Anyway, you can always download stuff from a foreign store through Media Go on your PC. Certainly on PS3 is locked to your account

the store won't be region locked

your PSP will only play games brought from 1 store I think

All hail the KING, Andrespetmonkey

That was my thought as well, but you sounded like it was locked to the PSP, so I was confused

PSP only works with 1 psn account. Atleast the 2000. When trying with contents from another account it disables your old content access.

Check out my game about moles ^

Every time I'm considering getting a PSP shitty news like 3-6 hour battery life comes out. Fuck that.

more evidence that it cost less than the psp 3k

I'm sorry but I agree with the OP. AS A GAMER it's not worth it... Sorry but I'm not in love with Sony, I love games, not companies. As a customer, it's too pricey and there's little to no advantages. I already have a PSP 2000 and no way I'm going to buy this.

I was expecting at least 6-8 hours of gameplay time :( Well this will have to do I guess :|

Vote the Mayor for Mayor!

Embedded, not removable? Seems like they're trying to prevent the Pandora battery from working, thus reducing piracy. A good idea, though I don't like it very much.
