I think a return to Vice City is likely. However if they go all GTA4 and try to be realistic and grown up then it will suck just like GTA4. They need to go back the sillyness of VC/SA.

Grand Theft Auto 3 released in 2002 on PS2. GTA:SA and GTA:VC on PS2
GTA:IV released in 2008 on PS3 and PC/360.

Pattern here indicates: STA:SA 2 and GTA:VC 2 to be on the PS3 as exclusive games.

Grand Theft Auto 5 could be on PS3 or PS4 all depends on RockStar. Very likely GTA 5 if released would take up a whole Blu-Ray disc and be exclusive game for the PS3.
