i only do the net, and write music on my com, so i run windows 2000, stable as a rock ;)

yeah , thats why i said "annoyed", i switched ages ago and never looked back

im now on ubuntu , though i'd admit i miss the windows only games :[

let all fanvoys remember competition is the key to greatness. Without Competition things would stagnate and get boring and old and super overpriced. I wish people would realize that all of these consoles must survive in order t keep prices low and customers happy. If one dies its bad news for everyone

I've been saying this for a while.
MS guys aren't too bad, and the system is pretty sweet when it's not burning a hole through the floor.

I was actually talking to my friend the other night about buying a new one finally after all these years.

lol are people still whining about vista??? God I thought that stoped a long time ago. I have ran vista for over a year now and only had it crash 2 times... I can run every program I own, every game, every bit of hardware. I admit the dell, and other major pc companys first vista machines are CRAP on a stick, but since I built my own machine ive never had a single problem. What normal user never got is that Vista conforms to its user very well, those block application pop-up everyone got at the start have been gone for almost a year for me. I like vista just as much as xp at this point, but even thought im dual booting I still use vista as my default OS.

Please dont put vista down untill you use it for a long time and actually understand it. Ive seen way to much negative press just cause people only used it once and could not find what they wanted in 10 secs cause its moved on vista.
