Forums - Sony - Gran Turismo 5 to Be Previewed in OPM UK Next Month

The new issue of Official PlayStation Magazine UK magazine is hitting subscribers now and it has some decent features, a 11 page feature on Modern Warfare 2 as well as 8 page features of Assassins Creed 2 and FIFA 10. But the most interesting of all: Gran Turismo 5 next month. No, we’re not kidding. Gran Turismo 5 is gonna be previewed next month in the next issue of OPM. As to what this preview is all about, we dont have a clue. Just that the game will be previewed next month according to the next month feature of the magazine.

Hopefully we get new information about the game. Perhaps the time to start marketing has begun, it usually started with a magazine cover and then goes on from there.

if they can make a preview so quickly
why have they let Forza3 steal the show at E3 ?

I wonder how this fight will finish and if sony will relase GT5 this year ....

Wel they did say they could release it when they wanted to. :p

Wow I can't wait. Only GT could so easily get away with the announcement of a PREVIEW next month in a magazine XD

lol i dont know how you are supposed to review a racing game.

"so here is this car and we are driving it , its fast, the graphics are great. lots of cars, good graphics, nice details on the rims, lots of tracks , good graphics , racing is cool ! , wait did i mention good graphics?"

The skeptic in me says the preview will be of the PSP version.

If Sony was releasing the PS3 version of GT5 this year, they probably would have mentioned it recently.

Because the show belonged to PSP Go and GT PSP.

I dont see why a company should say that a game is gonna be released months before the release date

An annoucement during the european game convention would be overpowerfull, particularly if a price cut is announced later (TGS),

The big question remain : who is the king : GT5 or Forza3 ?
