Well Trace Memory has some stuff in SSBB as well, if that means anything?
very nice list.
I think if the game says No under both the Wii and the DS, you should put that entire row in white font so we can see which ones don't have a game easier.
in terms of big franchises for wii nnintendo only really has star fox, f zero, pikmin and kirby left to go

I think you can add Donkey Kong to that list. There isn´t a platform Donkey Kong for Wii like Donkey Kong Country for SNES and Donkey Kong 64 for Nintendo 64.
Also, perhaps Kid Icarus doesn´t count as a big franchise but I would sure like to see it on Wii (see my sig) ha ha
Also, there's Wario: Master of Disguise for DS.
To answer the question in the OP, I'd like a reimagining of the Luigi's Mansion 'franchise' using the Wii Vitality Sensor and perhaps using the Wii Remote in a way to prove you can use it exclusively, sans a nunchuk to navigate a 3D world. If anyone can pull that off, it'd have to be Nintendo.
I approve the work put in this list.
And I don't approve that samus aran rules doesn't count Wave Race as a big franchise.
Since the Wii "took" the NSMB sequel away, maybe the DS could get a new Donkey Kong 2D platformer in the vein of the DKC series. Donkey Kong World would be cool.
Nintendo has also brought back some franchises like Sin & Punishment and Punch-Out!! which I didn't think we'd ever see again honestly. I think F-Zero and Star Fox will happen.
Next Level Games (Punch-Out!!, Mario Strikers) actually would not be a bad studio to handle the next Star Fox IMO. EAD could oversee it.
