I would say that Microsoft was FAR more ready to show off what they had been doing. The Milo demonstration was absolutely critical and it shows that on the software side they are really much further ahead of Sony in terms of making this work for you and I. They both have a lot of potential, but I think Microsoft has more of an opportunity to really create a few killer apps that both Sony and Nintendo cannot do and seal a niche of the market to themselves.

Wii Motion + is full 1:1 tracking.

Technically, Wii Motion + only tracks orientation (3 degrees of liberty). You can still call that 1:1 or not, depending on your definition.

A system with an external camera like the Sony wand thingie can track orientation and shifting at the same time (5 or 6 degrees of liberty, not sure about depth/Z axis).

Don`t know why, but i like it more, than Wii mote. =)
Maybe, because it`s made by Sony.))

And, i think, it`s better interact in games, than Wii mote or Natal.

Also, they actually DEMONMSTRATED it, rhated than showing some made video. =)
