I would say that Microsoft was FAR more ready to show off what they had been doing. The Milo demonstration was absolutely critical and it shows that on the software side they are really much further ahead of Sony in terms of making this work for you and I. They both have a lot of potential, but I think Microsoft has more of an opportunity to really create a few killer apps that both Sony and Nintendo cannot do and seal a niche of the market to themselves.
