Please, explain me why we don't have this game in the 360.

the game engine is called "canvas engine" it was developed specifically for ps3 hardware.

of course they could port it to 360 but with the ammount of speech and superb audio in game i reckon 4 dvd`s for the like for like game.

It's probably "impossible" because Sony made a deal with Sega when they decided to make an anime based on the IP. I would take a bet that Sony worked out something where the game would have to remain exclusive if they did that.

That's just an idea though.

Probably cos not a lot people would buy it.

That'd be my guess... and I mean lets be honest.  It wouldn't even be worth it even if that wasn't the case.

I mean... i wouldn't be surprised if Sega said they didn't even make money on the PS3 release. 

While it's a great SRPG... it's appeal is like... mediocre shooter level.

Let alone releasing a delayed port of a new IP that had just ok sales in a genre nobody likes.

They're better off working on more games using the engine so they can mitigate the costs of the engine.

Make a sequel and suddenly the engine cost is split in half for the game.... and that which broke about even suddenly posts a profit.

Errr it started out as a 360 game. Hell i didnt even know that until someone pointed it out to me a while ago.

So it can easily be done on 360. It doesnt need multiple discs or any of that. The game really isnt pushing any tech the 360 cant handle. Anyone who says it cant be done is just being ignorant.

I dunno Kazs, I mean how many sales do you think VC has to get before it starts making Sega money, not to mention the DLC sales. I have a hard time believing they haven't made money yet.

The game was originally a 360 exclusive. But Microsoft didn't care about it so Sega went to Sony. I don't think Sega appreciated that they were ignored at first, so I don't think they'll port it ever.

thats exactly what i thought before buying the game.

now its easily one of the best games i played ever. and i did play alot of games mind.
