I love PC gaming.  

I put alot of time and money into it.  I love the mouse/keyboard controls.  Low install and loading time.  And having the best graphics to date.

But I'm sick of the error messages.  I'm sick of waiting for patches.  I just borrowed KOTOR from a friend.  Updated it, and it still won't work.  I've had my consoles and maybe once every 6mo I have a crash.  With PC gaming it seems like every other game has issues.  I love PC gaming. 

When it works.

Took you some time...many of us discovered console gaming to be better that Pc gaming a long time ago.

Though it can be a hassle, PC gaming is fun as hell. My jump to consoles felt almost like a downgrade, though not bein stuck to a desk when gaming is nice.

Modding is probably the biggest highlight of PC gaming - you'll see and experience the craziest and most awesome things. If you're not using or making any mods, then you're almost better off switching to a console.

The problem: you either don't take good care of your computer, or you are using Vista.

My PC only crashes once every 6 months too. PC gaming is getting so much easier, hell, in someways even easier than consoles.

Why do you think there are now over 300 millions PC gamers?

PC gaming is fantastic, but developers make users jump through hoops to use it properly for some unknown reason. Take some time off, you'll probably get drawn back to it after a while... Don't worry, that's a good thing.

I have installed Pro Pinball! Timeshock the other day and it works just fine. guess you're unlucky.

I use XP.  And take fantastic care of my computer.  I've had problems with many, many games.

Yeah... I know what you mean :| I especially hate it when you buy a game, your PC is above recomended specs and thye game still wont work :| Oh, and before anyone jumps in bealive me, I can install and start a game... I often managed to get games working on PCs that have waaaaay lower specs then they requier :P

Windows 7 will solve all problems! It's pure pwnage :P

Seriously, I gave up on PC gaming as far as buying a new graphics card. But can you really say no to Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2?

Wait.... can you even play KOTOR on your 360? Is it on that special list? I won't even go into the Wii and the PS3 BC....

Also, my KOTOR runs flawlessly, as well as my Deus Ex and Thief II and UT99 and HL1 and Starcraft and WCII Bnet edition and Diablo II and I can keep going on and on. This sounds more like a personal problem to me, not a problem with PC gaming.
