"In this week's issue of Famitsu magazine, Namco Bandai announced the latest additions to the character cast of Tales of VS., the PSP fighter featuring the stars of all 13 games in the Tales series. There's a total of 35 characters slated to appear in the game, and nine more were unveiled today:

- Judith (Tales of Vesperia)
- Ruca Milda (Tales of Innocence)
- Asch the Bloody (Tales of the Abyss)
- Jade Curtiss (Tales of the Abyss)
- Mao (Tales of Rebirth)
- Nanaly Fletch (Tales of Destiny 2, the Japanese one)
- Philia Philis (Tales of Destiny)
- Leon Magnus (Tales of Destiny)
- Arche Klein (Tales of Phantasia)
- Cress Albane (Tales of Phantasia)

The game is due out August 6 in Japan; no overseas release details have been announced. Namco Bandai also announced that Japanese gamers who reserve the game beginning May 21 will receive a special DVD with original content recorded by the assorted voice actors and actresses working on the title."
