Anyway, it certainly does appear that way, and with big games coming out this Christmas on PS360 (mainly PS3), it remains to be seen what Nintendo are going to do

 

 

It's not a fad. There just needs to be more interesting games coming out for it. E3 might change this around, so if you are going to say die, I'd say hold your breath. Nintendo needs to arrange a 50 price cut, which wont hurt them at all. They would still be making 15 dollars profit per system based on parts and labor. Trust me, the numbers will rise again. Wait for 4th quarter for your jaw to drop.

HD Twins have no big release.

I think so i mean just look at the graphs above the promblem with the Wii is that it should of spaced out its top selling games there doesnt seem to be much left while the ps3 and even 360 are just getteing started with releasing some of there top selling games

I'm not sure how the conclusion is drawn from the charts.

 



MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

Yes, they said 13m PS3s would be shipped. MGS 4 gave a sustained hardware boost to the PS3, as did the Final Fantasy XIII demo. Gran Turismo 5 Prologue also did a decent job in Europe, so Gran Turismo 5 and Final Fantasy XIII (both due out this fiscal year) should provide that for the PS3

Yes, both Sony and Microsoft have craftily held back any of their so-called system movers for just this moment.

I would certainly argue on the quality side, but not sales. Then again, if GT 5 does make it this year, the PS3 does have 2 massive sellers, but yeah Wii sports resort will probably beat them. However, the statement "HD twins have no big release{s}" is not true
