Sony will never be a Dark horse. If it was it wouldn't have won two gens and have as much of a fan base as it does. I'll wait for E3 to see who will have the best year.

So really its a toss up between the Wii and the Xbox 360. It depends on whether you like great motion with Tim or great visuals with TV calibration 2.

 

 

Fanboy! Firstly, TVC2 may be a great game, but Tim blows it out of the water.

Speaking of which, you completely forgot the PS3 exclusives "Running Water" and "Drying Paint", not to mention the PS360 multiplat "100m Dash".

And the Wii has Wii Essay Writing, but it can't compare to the PS3's lineup!

To make it 'the PS3 year' it must win the hardware and software sales. The only way to do that is either a pricecut (impossible seeing Sony's losses) and more casual-minded games, since those are the only potential buyers left. The games you mention don't do that. Only GT5 can move big numbers. FFXIII a bit too, but most who want those already bought in.

This WILL be the year of the Fanboy. I just know it. Fanboys will produce SO MUCH content, it will be incredible. This content will produce a mixture of entertainment value and anger, and dominate.
