Really dude? Really? Why?
The first one was god aweful to say the least. The second doesn't look to far behind. The drawn artstyle will sucker a few people in( like the first one did to me) but the wretched gameplay, story, and voice acting will send you off screaming. The animations and CG work look extra terrible in this one. The ingame graphics completely contradict the beautiful character designs. And to top it off they all have barbie doll faces (when you squeeze them down) making the entire game look extra generic.
Don't feel jealous, pity the poor saps who will actually buy this game(like I did the first).

The game had alot of issues, but i LOVED the story and the battle system (after a while)
am hoping 2 comes our way

too each his own I guess. I just felt so robbed after buying that game.
The first sign I should have noticed that told me the game was going to be aweful, the opening theme song. OMG that song was wretched. "Tears of Blood" was so unspeakably unpleasent......words cannot really describe.
And the main character.... WHY did they make the main character a boy? He was so OBVIOUSLY designed to be a girl. From the hair style, to the feminine facial features, to the damn open thigh pants(YES! OPEN THIGH PANTS WITH HIS ASS HANGING OUT!!) his gender was predestined to be female. Yet they thought they could just "switch" him to a make at the last minute (probably to evade issues of same sex relationships) without altering the design. It was overcompensated with a VERY deep masculine voice, which just ends up sounding like an adolecent boy trying too hard.
The story(as far as I got) felt very remanicent of another game that I love....but with not nearly as good execution. You know what game I'm talking about too. I will admit, I did not finish the game, I couldn't bare to tough through the gameplay anylonger. Yet the impressions the initial story laid on me were not great either.
And why....WHY did the supporting characters not have AI? Why did they make it so you cannot do any moves unless you do a combo sequence to near perfect form? Who thought of that stupid talisman mechanic? Please tell me, so I can shoot him in the face!
....but I digress, I really don't like that game >_>.......
