Having said that, Batman. Snake would need injections every five minutes.

Well in Hush Superman was possessed by Ivy who obtained one of her pheromone based lipsticks that was based with kyroptonite. Superman ended up tearing up through Metropolis and was eventually stopped by Batman and Catwoman. Batman sent Catwoman to go capture Lois Lane while he fended off superman using a Kryptonite ring for the obvious effect, Sonic charges to blind him and the eventual threat off Lois' life to snap Superman back into his former self.
Okay so it wasn't really an all out fight but it was a match that ended in Batman's favor

That doesn't really sound like much of a fight, nor like Superman is going all-out - especially if the pheromone is laced with Kryptonite.
In TDK, Batman "beat" Superman with over twenty years of preparation, surface-to-air missiles with kryptonite warheads, a special Kryptonite arrow shot by Green Arrow, and a power suit fueled by the entire electric grid of Gotham City.
Even then it only worked because Superman had been nuked twenty-four hours prior. If that hadn't happened, he still couldn't have touched Supes.
Talking about Batman whooping Superman's ass as if it were a sure thing seems kind of out of place.

Your someone who hasn't read the comics aren't you. If you read All Star Batman and Robin you see that Batman spent years down in the sewers of gotham to learn how to survive on Rats and how a homeless lives and survives in Gotham. he's travelled most of the world on foot and made sure he could fight crime without the riches of the Wayne Fortune.
