Wii appeals to little kids (12 and under) and soccer moms who wanted Wii Fit.
Most posters on the forums are in the 16-35 age group... hence, very few actually take the Wii seriously here.

plus there's a lot more games coming from nintendo this year. sony has mostly shooters so it won't sell many consoles while nintendo have games for everyone.

NO THE TIDE WON'T CHANGE AND IT HASN'T YET.
SONY TV'S ARE TAKEING A BACK SEAT TO SAMSUNG AND SHARP.
BLUE RAY NOT DOING AS GOOD AS EXPECTED.
ALSO XBOX WITH NO NEW GAMES YET ANNOUCED WORTH ANYTHING AND THEY ARE STILL WHOPPING ON SONY EVERY WEEK IN CONSOLE SALES.
SO I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT SONY IS NOT DOING TO WELL. SONY PUTS DOWN A PRICE CUT THEN WE WILL SEE SOME NUMBERS.
Not really, it's a nice blip but not a sustainable boost long term until the full game is released.
If they release a different FFXIII demo every month until it comes out, then yes.
Otherwise sales will drift back to normal after 2-3 weeks.
Playing: Borderlands(great co-op,HUGE amount of content),Too Human(better late than never lol),Saints Row 3(Penetrator ftw),Minecraft 360,Harry Potter Lego.
