Most impressively, there's no external power supply for the PS3; you just plug the included power cable--it's the same standard three-prong style you'll find on most desktop PCs--into the back of the unit and you're good to go.

W.T.F does that have to do with anything?

edit: ok I get it now

I think he took the topic title literally.

You do not have the right to never be offended.

Wii Sports Resort may turn the momentum in Japan. Dragon Quest X will, whenever it gets around to releasing. Monster Hunter Tri will also give the Wii quite a boost.

The only hard hitters the PS3 has left in the foreseeable future are the Final Fantasy games, and possibly Kingdom Hearts 3 in several years.

japanese gamers have found the console's RPGs to be interesting...360 numbers are dwindling to insane low there which is adding to ps3's picking up of sales and lasting future way ahead...

Well, I think PS3 will stay at a higher basic level, and I think recent sales/annoucements will see it get far better jRPG and local support going forward.

However this isn't something that's totally self sustaining. The flow of titles must remain strong first and foremost.

I expect Nintendo to come fighting back.

MS seems to have found a higher level for 360, too, although I think with recent news of titles that were on 360 coming to PS3 (jRPG titles) the ability for MS to buy timed exclusives and use them to drive 360 spikes is likely to diminish and local gamers will more often chose to wait for a PS3 version.

One thing looks likely, FFXIII is going to save PS3 butt big time in Japan. If GT5 comes through then the PS3 might well end up looking very strong in Japan after all.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

they should make a yakuza3 bundle with the ff13demo

You should be beaten, burned to ashes then someone should throw your ashes from a plane

Er, Yes, yes it should last, because, er, Sony PWNS all. And the wiis bubble has burst. And also God of war III will save Sony from, er, Sony rules.

i think it will stay above the 15k mark for awhile it should be able to outsell the wii for at least 25 weeks this year
