Honestly though, you are talking about a relatively small amount of 360 fanboys. Most know that microsoft has problems with their hardware, but forgives them because their software is so good.

That is outside your realm of understanding however, so that is all I will say.

EDIT - Oh, I almost forgot the icing on the cake... When Sony issued a removal tool to remove the rootkit, it actually installed more hidden backdoors which couldn't be uninstalled.

 

 

damn i remember that, and it made me fell good for ditching cds for the most part and going to itunes... granted i was on a mac and had an i pod, but i could have been buying cds..... man that was a sleazy move.....

I can only talk for myself, but a lot of technical misinformation is floating around and a lot of faked negativity (even from the US media, it sometimes almost looked like war propaganda).

I like the PS3 a lot, Sony is similar to me as Philips, Panasonic, etc to me as a whole, thus I don't understand why they are attacked so much on forums and have been misrepresented especially by the US media.

 

 

could you provide some of this? I have never seen lies about specks in the news or negativity about the product outside of the media hating on the red ring ... for the most part the media loves the wii, and hates all mature games. so i doubt they are throwing down on the PS3 unless ive been missing something.
