The info below seems plausible, but hasn’t been 100% confirmed. Take it as rumor for now…

- Ubisoft Montpellier is developing
- Beyond Good and Evil team involved
- development started 3 years ago
- based on the same tech that powers Beyond Good and Evil 2
- Beyond Good and Evil 2 is on the back-burner until Rabbids Go Home is done

secondly, that last bit is certianly interesting. could we see BG&E2 on wii? it makes sense with the comments of the producer IIRC

If it takes 3 years..... Haven't they come out with 3 Rabbids games in that amount of time?

Sounds fishy to me, maybe they are just actually running in to some dev problems.

Yeah cancel the rabbids game (why would someone play a game that misspells the word rabbit anyway?) and give us our cult classic beyond good and evil. I am serious this is what is happening in the world today. Most companies are more satisfied with making "trash" casual games versus getting awards and accolades for innovation and improving great games like BG and E.
