Metal Gear was not on SNES. Here I was thinking you were a fan of the series. Metal Gear was on a load of 8-bit consoles and computers. It's mainly known for it's MSX2 and NES versions. Metal Gear 2 came out for the MSX2. I'm not sure if it came out for the NES also.

I know it was on the MSX....I thought it was on the NES first as nintendo fans keep on claiming PS1 "stole" Metal Gear from them

Great generation.
ps1: FF7-8-9, MGS, tonyhawk pro skater, digimon world, Gran turismo, Crash....many many more

N64: TLoZ OoT, SMB, SM64, etc...

But I guess we could do this with almost every gen, but this gen to me means when I first got a console(ps1), before that I only played at friends houses.

4 PS3s (now have 2 working ones)
3 PSPs (2 launch PSPs, then I traded mine in for a slim & lite)

They broke because I mistreated them, and left them on for weeks at a time. My Xbox is never over used, given plenty of room to ventilate, and may not be touched when running

Oh, and my first system was GB, then I got a GBA, then my mum bought me a PS1, and then six months later a PS2, and I have been a fan of the PS since, but a hardcore gamer only this gen

Ah a falcon then :) I got a Jasper and it dosnet even get hot.

It is still bloody noisy, I am trying to install every game when I play it, but SO4 is going to be a problem with 3 discs that require swapping between to backtrack. Luckily with LO you can just install the last disc

Eh i always install games,it helps ALOT.

MG2 was only released on the MSX, until it was packaged with Metal Gear Solid 3, Metal Gear was ported to the NES.
