Some jackass in Ky. used his PS3 to *persuade* a local preteen to send him some DLC - only it was a request for p0rn.

Here's the story:

A Kentucky man is accused of persuading an 11-year-old Humble girl to send him several nude photos of herself as the pair played video games online.

Anthony Scott O’Shea, 24, of Somerset, Ky., has been charged with promotion of child pornography, online solicitation of a minor and sexual performance by a child and will soon be transferred to Houston, said Sgt. Gary Spurger of the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office. The girl sent the accused man photos over the course of several weeks as they played games online with their PlayStation 3 consoles in December, Spurger said.

“She realized what she had done and felt bad about it and told her parents,” said Spurger, who investigated the case and coordinated the man’s arrest with Kentucky officials.

The Precinct 4 Constable’s Office routinely investigates child pornography cases as part of its membership in a regional law enforcement task force, he said. But this case marked the first time of which he’s aware that an online predator has been accused of contacting a child through PlayStation 3 online.

“This is another venue these guys are getting to use now that hasn’t been seen before,” Spurger said. “Am I surprised? No, not really. That’s where kids are. They’re on PlayStation or Xbox playing online games.”

i dont know what to say about this other than , girls love to send photos dont they? sometimes its both sides faults (i know she is 11 but still) i saw alot of girls in the age of 12-15 who would love to send pictures (any type of pics) i dont know the cause but im reckoning they want attention .... its sad.
