 That is true, but whenever a comany says any projections about sales it is referring to retailers. So there original projection of <500k has been passed as they have sold >750k. Either way this is good for Wii. It proves that if you make a good game, even one that is years old and a port, you can do well.

Good to hear. With that kind of sales from a port, maybe Capcom will start being serious about making more games for the wii and not just spin-offs.

750K-440K = 310,000 on the shelves? O_o that seems like a lot.

people outside of the US and Japan probably picked up copies as well

...but last week's sales numbers still aren't posted, it may be more like 280,000 on shelves by now.

In general this is quite good. It would be nice if RE4 could reach 1 million.

Add another 200k for europe, this site isn't tracking PAL before they get shippment numbers simply because it almost impossible to track all the markets in EU.

Capcom predicted 420k, so this might become intressting. The PAL release isn't a budgett release mening that Capcom has the possibility to price drop and succed with another 250k (WW). Which means next million seller for the Wii.
