why are you asking me? you should say if it confuses you or not.

but to me it's a very confusing topic. maybe we should try to read the topic in the context of the economic crisis. if so, then Klonoa might be the solution to Namco Bandai's problem, and consequently (according to the OP), to the wolrd crisis. I'd guess that Pachter is involved in it too, his estimates probably misguided a lot of companies, which has led to massive losses to some major players (as the OP also say, Klonoa is also a player) in the games industry.

but  I don't know, I'm only speculating. hopefully, all I said makes sense, as much as the OP does.
