Microsoft doesn't care if the person in question is a lesbian or not. The fact that they disobeyed the terms of service is quite obvious. It says not to put anything sexual into your profile. Which the person did. If I put that I am a doggystyle only hetero person, does that mean they discriminated against all like minded doggystyle only hetero people(just an example) if they ban me? No it means I shouldn't put anything sexual on my profile.

So every word that can be found in the dictionary should be allowed in every aspect of communication? Profane/vulgar words should be allowed? Hmmm... seems like quite a few, religious or not, are offended by vulgar words. The word "nigger" is in the dictionary, so that must mean it is ok to call anyone that, correct? It must be perfectly acceptable
to use in any context.
Excuse me? i am being Irrational? you are the one comparing the word lesbian to the word nigger... The examples that some of the people use on here are to justify themselves are riddiculous...
Here is the deffinition of the word nigger for a dictionary:
1. usually offensive; see usage paragraph below : a black person
2. usually offensive; see usage paragraph below : a member of any dark-skinned race
usage Nigger in senses 1 and 2 can be found in the works of such writers of the past as Joseph Conrad, Mark Twain, and Charles Dickens, but it now ranks as perhaps the most offensive and inflammatory racial slur in English. Its use by and among blacks is not always intended or taken as offensive, but, except in sense 3, it is otherwise a word expressive of racial hatred and bigotry.
Now lesbian:
[from the reputed homosexual band associated with Sappho of Lesbos] : of or relating to homosexuality between females
so if the deffinition of the word implies sex it should be not used.... ok so i guess you cant use words like "my wife is pregnant" or "im a parrent" because that emplyes sex....
so THEIR sexual preference is the offencive part then? how is that not discrimination? I would understand if the profile was directly implying to how she has sex w/ women....
