Excuse me? i am being Irrational? you are the one comparing the word lesbian to the word nigger... The examples that some of the people use on here are to justify themselves are riddiculous...

Here is the deffinition of the word nigger for a dictionary:

Now lesbian:

so if the deffinition of the word implies sex it should be not used.... ok so i guess you cant use words like "my wife is pregnant" or "im a parrent" because that emplyes sex....

so THEIR sexual preference is the offencive part then? how is that not discrimination? I would understand if the profile was directly implying to how she has sex w/ women....

Way to take everything out of context and use a very conservative dictionary.  I used my argument because of what your lame argument was stating that "lesbian" is in the dictionary so it is an ok word for every context.

And again with your "Microsoft can't use the word sex in a legal document telling use not to use words like sex" and now your pathetic attempts of "My wire is pregnant" or "Im a parent."  Do people find those offensive?  If so then I guess they can be reported and banned all the same.

Again, since you are TOO THICKHEADED TO UNDERSTAND, this is NOT about discrimination.  Lesbian is just a word on the no-no list along with every other vulgar word.  It can and does imply sexual topics for 99.9% of the population who knows what a lesbian is.  You are simply arguing for the sake of argument and to make Microsoft look bad, somehow.  Saying "I am a parent" does not imply sex because parents can adobt, and also it is pretty common that when you think of a parent, you don't think of mom and pop banging away.  Sheesh....
