I dont see what smoke they're providing exactly. Smoke would imply some sort of deception or masking of real figures, but they've not given any figure for NA preorders in the first place.

You seem to be criticising Sony's PR for doing what a PR team is supposed to do, namely inflate a game's bubble.

As for those saying "One retailer is not having a midnight launch". Did they forget that that was just the numerous Gamestops on the West coast? West coast =/= all of NA.
