The real question is --- how many of you have made the switch to Linux?

I use Firefox

Currently Playing: Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart 8, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Super Smash Bros for Wii U

Predictions:

Super Mario Galaxy will pass Super Mario 64 in total sales CORRECT!

Yeah.. I switched to firefox a long time ago. Actually I switched to Linux about the same time. I've a long history with computer (way before the scourge of windows took over) and I've really enjoyed Linux over the past few years. I was running firefox most of the time under Linux but I find myself using KDE's browser (Konqueror) because it is more multi-function app. Oh, and if you want to try out PCLinuxOS (probably the best distro available), download the .iso at pclinuxos.com. You can run it/test it from the CDROM without having to install to the HD to see if you like it. Of course, installing to the HD opens up a huge amount of free software from its software package manager. And, you don't need to give up on windows at first because you can install it on the same system and dual boot between windows or linux. So.. I switched away from M$ software for a lot of reasons and very happy for it.

I'd use Konquerer (and probably Opera too), but I can't go without my precious adblock plus. :)

Adblocking is nice to have.. Did you know konqueror has one integrated into it? It is almost easy to miss, but it is configuration menu for it. Just enable and start blocking.

Really? *starts up konquerer*

EDIT #2: oops, it's blocking every image now...that's strange :P

yes.. enable ad-block filters, and then you can right-click on annoying ads and block them.

About half of your posts are in this thread, Wiitendo. I use Firefox and love it, but I don't think you're making your case very convincingly.

How so?
