As for the lawsuit, this sort of bullshit makes my blood boil. First was the lawsuits against nintendo for their straps, and the reports of wii sport injuries, then companie sueing them for patent issues now this?. This guys an outright idiot for comparing Nintendo to the tobbacco inustry. there are so many flaws in his lawsuit.

experts agree diet and excercise. Whats worse videogames with motion for young kids who cant get excercise in bad weather????

This guy is a Idiot Nintendo does'nt make people fat they give them a alternative getting off the couch to enjoy the new World past time.

i have read a great deal of success stories from wii fit (a hell of a lot more than I have heard of people hurting themselves) some people need to get over themselves

I think Nintendo's plan with the Wii was to give the public an impression that video gamers aren't lazy, couch potatoes. I don't get this guy, atleast Nintendo tries to give people self awareness of how much they weight.

can't nintendo counter sue for stupidity? I don't see him sueing dr atkins for all the people who used the atkins diet for too long and got ill, nor do I see him sue car manufacturers for using the term "sport" in vehicles since they don't encourage you to play sports, nor do I see him suing McDonalds which is miles unhealthier then WiiFit will ever be.

The man is a fake. He is just angry that a console got the better of him although he has 30 years of experience. I would like to see him sue Nintendo if they asked him to release a WiiFit expert edition with his name on it!

Noone is listening to his radio show anymore! I bet he wouldnt care if some toy was not affecting his popularity. Poor poor guy.
