These are my sentiments also.

Sony should send the website a letter, to tell them to stop.  They are making Sony look bad in a serious way.  Sony has had credibility issues since E3 05.  Hiphopgamer is NOT helping in any way.  The faux Superbowl ad alone is enough to make Sony order them to stop.

Especially after the whole KZ2 Superbowl ad fiasco, that generated something like 20+ pages of comments and had everyone who followed the thread watch EVERY SINGLE Superbowl ad to see if it was true or not, just to be on the safe side.

I agree that HipHopGamer should not be brought up on this site, the place is just ridiculous.

For those thinking it makes Sony look bad, how does it make them look bad? Sony did not announce a SuperBowl ad. Sony did not proclaim it would sell Gears and/or Halo 3 numbers. They put reasonable expectation, that is ALL we should hold Sony to.

A.) What people here think.
B.) Whether or not game can be considered a flop later on.

Actually my sales estimate has gone up recently... from 1.5 (max 2M) to 2.5 (max 3M).

I hardly see it going beyond that though, as it is still only a shooter amongst many great ones....
