I can't really make such a list given I only have 16 games from this gen so far (2 wiiware included)

Basically my worst 10 would be my Wii game collection minus MKWii, SMG, Wii Sports, Endless Ocean and BWii.

The worst games that I have played this generation on X360. I have not played a PS3 or Wii.
1. Sonic the Hedgehog
2. Lost Odyssey
3. Call of Duty 3
4. Sega Superstars Tennis
5. Saints Row
6. Devil May Cry 4
7. Kameo
8. Skate
9. Splinter Cell: Double Agent
10. Kung Fu Panda

There are obviously worse games out on all consoles but those are from what I experienced so far. The games with very bad scores, I avoid like the plague and would still not play if they were free. Vampire Rain, Bullet Witch, Gun, Madden 06', Avatar:Last Bender and plenty of other crap titles on X360 I would never, ever play.
