When we see the numbers of npd for canada in july, we could have very big surprise for the npd numbers of US, and, it's maybe an hopthese that ioi wait these numbers, to update better the US number thursday. It's true just_ben, that german numbers will change, and maybe Italy numbers because of the thread of prosugno360. The joke can be that these adjustements make that the famous cross over sales was also the last week and not this week. If npd US numbers for 360 are bad and wii numbers very high, it's a possiblity. But, we must wait thursday to have the info.

I care about 360 versus PS3. I dont care about Wii.

Wii's burgeoning sales are nothing but a minor annoyance to me. Nothing more.

No, not here at vgcharts afaik. I think, this misbelief comes from www.nexgenwars.com , which use(d) "shipped" sales and stated the Xbox 360 at 10 million when Microsoft said, they shipped that much. (which was afaik in late 2006)... now they adjusted their sales numbers... and make you think, the Xbox 360 has been around 10 Mio. for month... (okay, it's there now at 11 mio. ... but here at vgcharts the Xbox 360 is at 10 mio. ... which is far more realistic ;) )

im not a fanboy to any of the three consoles. as i am happy to see nintendo back on top remember the snes was the last time a console won its respective generation (not counting handhelds we all no nintendo dominates there). i said from the begining wii would pass 360 momentarily and 360 pulls back a away this holiday season. it will be close no doubt but we are all for sure ps3 unless a magic turnaround finishes 3rd this generation. !!!!
