Soldier (starting point), Medic, Engineer, Tactician, Assault, Saboteur, and then Scout

I had that chart in the OP at one point, but I removed it beucase I was afraid it might be incorrect.

Unless things changed in the final build of the game, you should unlock the ability to build turrets before the ability to repair things.

I'm pretty sure that's something with the chart.
