Mass Effect had tons of my favorite quotes. From Sheppard, all his best lines were the "jerk"  quotes:

And Sovereign's quotes, the best villain dialogue I think I've ever heard. I'm blacking them out, because if by some chance someone hasn't played the game yet, but is planning to... wait to experience them in game:
