Mass Effect had tons of my favorite quotes. From Sheppard, all his best lines were the "jerk" quotes:
"I haven't been shot in the head nearly enough times to make that sound like a good idea."
"We'll see how smug you look with a hole in your head."
And Sovereign's quotes, the best villain dialogue I think I've ever heard. I'm blacking them out, because if by some chance someone hasn't played the game yet, but is planning to... wait to experience them in game:
"Reaper. A label given by the Protheans to give voice to their destruction. In the end, we have no name. We simply are."
"Your words are as empty as your future. I am the vanguard of your destruction. This exchange is over."
"You exist because we allow it, and you will end because we demand it."
