Kratos is from one of their most popular franchises, albeit not very mass-appealing for obvious reasons (mature rating).

You can put me up for Kratos. It really is THE Playstation iconic CHARACTER that I think this poll is about. Jak and Daxter would be a very close 2nd place, but they haven't made a showing on PS3, so...
