Try Ninja Gaiden Sigma if you don't hate action games. I never tried that particular version of the franchise, but since it's a remake of the fantastic Ninja Gaiden Black it has to be good.

"Most" being MGS4, Heavenly Sword and Valkyria Chronicles? Motorstorm 2, Wipeout HD, Resistance 1/2 are all worth checking out.

hmm nah ninja gaiden is not my type of game, I'll also try the suggested soul calibur though =)

looks like Valkyria is not your thing. I wasn't too impressed with the demo myself but after all the recommendations, I gave it a shot anyway. When you play the actual game gradually, its much more immersive than that skirmish battle that is the demo. You start to care about the characters and fall in love with the game's style.
...or maybe it's just me but I love this game.

resistance 2 is fast paced ,,motorstorm 2(PR)is fun as hell.
ratchet and clank,,,,,COD4 and 5,,,burnout paradise,,unreal tournament 3 is fast paced(that one also has the user generated content).
