This is the best idea. You can use it online like a credit card.  I used mine to buy airline tickets.

Buy what you want on ebay, make sure they allow money orders, go to the post office ask for the total amount the game came up to on ebay in a money order, they'll make a money order for you then just get the address of the Seller and send the money order to him (I always got the workers at the post office to do everything for me so maybe they'll do it for you to, just tell them you don't know how to make a money order and they should do it all for you). The only difference from doing that then paypal or credit cards is that it'll just take a little longer for you to get the package. But simple, easy and you can do it by yourself.

FFX, ICO, or JAK 2 and 3? I owned all of these games and the only one that I enjoyed was ICO. In fact, I hated Jak 2 with a passion. You should be on the lookout for games like Dark Cloud 2, Dragon Quest VIII, Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, Shadow of the Colossus and Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution instead. I know my taste is probably entirely different than yours but it's hard to go wrong with the aforementioned games.

Leo-J Bestbuy should have these games. Jak 2 and 3, Ico will be impossible to find, unless you actually know some retro stores, that have the game.
