I wanted Persona 4 to win RPG of the year, but Fallout 3 is an excellent choice. I agree with everything except Action-Adventure.

No it's not, it's a horrible platformer, its shitty gravity and the phlematic movements of sackboy make me want to throw the controller out the window. Don't tell me you get used to them, because you don't, it's shit for a platformer. Everything else is great though, now if sackboy didn't have down syndrome when moving and doing the actual platforming it'd be perfect.
Edit: I forgot the bullshit "depth" that they have, that is also right up here with PoP's double jump as one of the worst mechanics ever.

hmmm one of the best list I have seen.
Swap out Burnout for MK and I am set.
End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)
Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
I hae my doubts Fallout 3 is as good as it needs to be to take the award over Persona 4, which is a perfect 10 in my book.
Other than that, it all seems fine, haven't played many of those games, but I like that Sins took the Strategy GOTY (for which there was really no competition, by the way). And looks like I need to give Burnout a try when it comes to PC, it's been nabbing awards left and right

you forget that you can play levels created by other players which make you feel like the game have unlimited levels also the 4 player co-op make the game more fun ... and whats with the sack movement ? i think its similar to Mario but with a little difference.

No I'm not forgetting that part, that's the good part I talk about. And there's a HUGE difference in the movement, it's enough to make me want to decapitate sackboy with a a fucking string if I ever see him irl.

Well, if you disagree with Action Adventure, you disagree with Game of The Year.
