Yeah, Uncharted 2 imo still comes pretty close to at least the Crysis examples you posted:

why the heck did you post a cutscene of MGSIV?
I dont want to be fanboy anymore...Why? it takes to much work but i will call on ppl on there B.S!!!:)

Cutscenes for MGS4 are rendered using the In-Game Engine, therefore generating the same graphics as the game itself. That would be why, the majority of those cutscenes you can also alter and control in game, with MK2 and whatnot, reiterating the fact that they are indeed in-game graphics
like I said before, the games on consoles look fantastic, but not better. A quick look at the first pic: Pixelation on the shadows to the left, polygons on the light bulbs to the top... The second pic, bump.mapping on the roof-top to the right, texture on his pants and shirt... All minimal things, the game looks almost too good to be true but not comparable.
Again, only taking the looks into account is rather unfair. Take into account the physics in the game, the color, the sound quality, the size of the map before loading into another scene...
Im going to post some MGS4 screens from MY TV, so you can see why it won best graphics
