I am pretty sure PS3 will outsell the 360 by the end of next year. With the stellar line-up next year, which looks two times better than even 2009, its pretty much bound to sell well. If not then it will outsell it by q1 2012.

Unless PS3 gets a price drop and 360 DOESN'T get a matching price drop, that simply isn't going to happen. I see very few PS3 titles that are of the system moving variety in 2011. At the end of this year 360 will have about a 4.7 million lead on PS3. Sony isn't going to sell 4.7 million more PS3s than MS sells 360s in 2011.
I expect both PS3 and 360 to get price drops in 2011, earlier in the year, in fact, maybe around E5. I think a $150-$170 360 Arcade, $250 Kinect 4gig 360 and $350 Kinect 250 gig 360 will move a ton of units. $150 would be a very sweet price point.
PS3 will probably go down to $250 for the non-Move SKU and $350 for the Move SKU IMO.
My guess is that with continued momentum from Kinect in 2011 along with a price drop into the sub $200 area, 360 will INCREASE its lead on PS3 next year worldwide. Move simply isn't the system mover that Kinect is.

Move doesn't need to be the system seller. PS3 already has got the boost from and now it needs other things to boost it.
Price cut will help the PS3, however its not gonna happen till oct 2011. 360 may lower its price(hardly probably) but its still will get beat by PS3, especially during the non-holidays when the PS3 will sell a lot more than both wii and 360.
Kinect boost will end with the holidays. After that, it will just be the normal boost, and the 360 will be below PS3 overall, at least that's what I think.
People seem to forget that just because of the move PS3 did DS numbers during non-holidays, something that's very difficult for any console to do. If PS3 ends keeping that kind of momentum next year then it will outsell 360 by at least q1 2012, even when you factor kinect.
If however, kinect ends up selling well during non-holidays(very difficult to imagine, but very possible as well) then PS3 will have a lot of problem. Sony might have to rely on a price cut eventually.
