lol this is funny, I really find it funny how people see the wii winning this generation of consoles, I expect it to come secound to the ps3, even if I were a nintendo fanboy I'd still not expect the wii to win this gen. Sure it may be selling extreemly well, but its still dropping weekly...

LOL everyone, the difference between the US wii sales and the PS3 ww sales are only 20k now, Wii will surpass it worldwide in just america in the next week.

The PS3's sales drops on a weekly basis are larger in both terms of numbers and percentage ...

I find it hard to believe anyone can hold onto the notion that PS3 will ultimately come out on top. It's going to be hard for them to make a comeback when 3rd parties are openly stating they are refocusing their efforts onto the wii, and that PS3 sales have been very disapointing. I mean, really. What logic is being applied to the statement that PS3 will in the end win? Power alone doesn't win console wars and the PS3 has little else going for it.

The average worldwide sales of the Wii over the last 26 weeks was 221,886; over the last 12 weeks, 232,948; over the last 4 weeks, 242,688.  You have an extremely interesting definition of the word "dropping."

Dam.. Looks like the wii U.S might actually outsell ps3 WW.. Why will ps3 win in the end? I bet when its $399.99 it will completely outsell the nintendo wii. The ps3 is wanted by nearly everyone but $$$ stands in there way.

 Not true.  I mean...yeah, if I got a free PS3, or one for $100, maybe even $200...why not.

The price of the console is a fact though, and you can't just say, hypothetically, if console A was super cheap, you'd all buy it.  Because the world doesn't work like that.
