OK....  I have to address #1 quickly.

 The chances of Nintendo being off by that many sales considering that Nintendo virtually sells out of consoles once they reach the stores, there for they could not increase sales that much at all.  2-3%, possibly.   And if the numbers are off, most likely they are off more in the way of what was actually sold and VGchartz is underreporting sales of the PS3 and therefore the PS3 could have far more sales out there that are not being reported.  That sir, does benefit the PS3 a great deal.

 Negative to reality?  Not one bit.  I'm not sure what you could have taken from my last post as being negative because it wasn't.   What "reality" is this?  Nintendo Fun Land where I can have tea parties with Mario and then go and clean Diddy Kong's diaper and then go home to Samus and tell her how hard of a day I've had?  I addressed those points in your post in my last post, yet you cannot refute them whatsoever.   Fanboy is not a term I came up with, it's what others in gaming came up with to describe a person who is a blind follower of one particular game console no matter how good, or bad it is.   Supporter is a vague term to use.  You may think that I'm a Sony Fanboy, however I'm not.  Yes, I do want to see the PS3 do very well.  But the reason why is that we can hopefully advance games to a new level and make them 10 times more enjoyable then we thought possible.   I also want to see the 360 do good as well.   I own both of those consoles because they offer things that the Wii just can't do that well.  Graphics, and Online play with some great games.  I support the Wii and want to see it do well, but I don't want it to dictate how all game companies address gamers needs.   The only thing that I don't care for are the Nintendo "fanboys" that talk negative and think it's blashphemy should anyone say one thing that doesn't proclaim Wii-Domination.  And they have to continually talk down about other consoles, games that aren't on the Wii, or that the Wii versions are the best because of.... Wait for it....... MOTION CONTROL!

Alas you have me confused here.  I'm not bitter about Wii selling like hotcakes.  I've said this several times and that I only dislike the negative nancy fanboy Nintendo fans that have to talk down and be negative about everything not Nintendo.  I'm not bitter about it, I'm annoyed.  How many times do I have to tell you that?

 Sorry, I don't have a e-peen, but I do have something that your mom may like.  No, not that you pervert.  A strong dislike for people who have to bash other things to feel better about themselves or their choices.   I'm not stressed one bit and if you think that it comes off as that, I think you better get a refund from wherever you mailed in for your psychology degree.   Oh, you don't have one of those?  Then why are you telling me how I am as a person and how I feel?

I'm not a negative person at all in life cebrian, I'm quite the optimist.  Heck you have to be if you live in the US and see a silver lining in this country once January 2009 rolls around and know that the country will improve quite a bit then.

Nintendo might have passed PS3 a long time before by how close these numbers are. The might also never have passed them. We are looking at the vgchartz estimate and yeah... it happened. What is the big deal anyway? You guys just want to say: "THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND WILL NEVER HAPPEN". Lighten up... 

No. We are saying shut up about it anyways whether it happened or not or ever will. I don't care if it has happened because by the end of this generation it won't even matter. Well, you see I got a degree for communication and took several courses on psychology but we are not discussing that, if ou don't like informative threads, or prediction threads, then dont read them and stop spreading your poison.

Anyway, you seem to think I am a Nintendo Fanboy and I guess I am becuase i like most nintendo games. Does that mean i don't like other consoles? heck I even owned a PSX for Chrono Cross, FF7, FF9 and Castlevania symphony of the night. I did play some PS2 games but none of them justified me buying it. As for Next Gen consoles I plan on buying a 360 if I like more games beside Eternal Sonata and Blue Dragon, but I guess I'll just play them at my freind's...

Now that I think about it, I should be a really negative person because I live in a third world country and we don't know where our economy will go even tomorrow haha. Or if the United States will invade us because they want our oil or even more land (They already took la mesilla, Texas and California from us).

PS3 I'm not going to buy, I guess when you live in a poor country a 1000 dollars console is just not justifyable. (even if I do have the money, I prefer to save it to buy a house or a car or to invest in better things).

Does that mean I want them to bankrupt? NO. I do want wii to sell better because I like it the most, but I think Gamecube sales levels or N64 sales levels are Super if you know how to manage your resources.

In short, if you can't control your rage towards people, stop reading their posts... And please stop talking about me, calling me names, or insultingmy mother. I we were next to each other You wouldnt try and do that, becuase you just hide behind your computer to call names...

And just for the record... you say it could benefit PS3 becuase Wii is in short supply, guess what We dont know shipments numbers either so, high demand is not a reason for the numbers to be spot on, they could be higher or lower.

Even if I were to grant that cebrian (AKA, apparently, "nintendo fanboys") was using the Wii's domination to lord it over everyone else and belittle everyone else -- which I don't -- he was still completely and indisputably civil about everything he said, even in the face of jjseth making personal slurs, accusations, and the inevitable "e-peen" reference. 

If cebrian is an example of a nintendo fanboy, this will be the most gentle rule ever experienced in the land of the video game internets.   

P.S.  This is not the first time in our lives that Nintendo has been the winner.  NES, SNES, all handhelds ever.  I don't remember getting mocked for having a Game Gear, either -- and the way it sucked down AA batteries was a pretty big target.

Back to cebrian, why should I stay out of a thread that obviously was poorly written enough to make it sound like something a Fanboy would say just to rub it into those who like Sony? Shouldn't I be allowed to come in and defend one of the consoles I enjoy and play?

I'm not sure if you visit the sony forum on here, but it's literally 60% or higher of people who just trash the PS3 or anything Sony. The remaining 40% are those who like/love the PS3, or just love gaming in general (And like many consoles, including the wii).

Chances are in person we'd be civil and friendly to each other and probably toss a game in one of the machines and play a game. I'm not a person who goes out looking for fights, I'm usually the one who prevents them from starting. But if you think you could intimidate me, it's not going to work. I'd be more then certain you'd get a kink in your neck looking up to me and hope that I wouldn't be someone who'd enjoy to get into a fight. I don't hide behind anything and if you'd like to come to the states you'd find out rather quickly. Look, the situation is simple. The original point of this thread was "Will NA Wii > WW PS3". And the answer "yes, at July 29". Of course we are taking this site's figures. That's the entire purpose. Nowhere else do we have worldwide sales numbers.

No one is attacking anyone by saying this. Some people like making sales comparisons. If you really can't stand the fact that the Wii is selling better than the PS3 then I recommend you go to another site, because this is a sales site. Return when the Wii fad dies and the PS3 is outselling everything else if it makes you feel better. but honestly, there's no need to open hostilities on someone just because they're answering the original question posed by the topic creator.

As for Final Fan: People didnt mock you for having a game gear because they were not known by much people :P hehe (actuallly I've ever seen one, but thats probably because in Mexico they were not that popular... I guess) From what I have read about them they were a great machine with great color graphics, but it was ahead of its time, and battery life was its down side...)
