Final Fantasy X - around 2 mln. with 5 mln. PS2 on the launch.

I really dont think Sony has put so much money into to it if its going to sell between 1-2 million, i think they will do whatever they can for Killzone 2 to sell really well not saying its gonna sell over 5 million, but i think it will do over 3 million beacuse it really takes long time for a game to end its sales, just look at worldwide chart there are tons of games which has 50 week+ and they reached atleast 2 million and they got reduced price so now they have nice legs.

Crazzyman is one of those people who predicted 5m+ on LBP. ignore him please, and don't say Killzone 2 is a flop just because 'we' predicted it will sell 10m. it's just him.
it won't even touch 2m. don't get your hopes up. the only game that can possibly touch 10m is gran turismo. killzone has neither the brand name nor the fanbase to get to your lofty expectations. stop with the overhyping, it only makes us ps3 owners get a bad rep.
oh and stop mentioning a price cut boosting sales. sony has again, and again, and again, denied such rumors. yes, they are nothing but rumors. you can't seriously be batting your hopes on a rumor that the company itself has denied. it sounds like you're desperate when you pin a rumor as fact.
until a price cut is announced officially, don't try to overhype sales coz it only makes ps3 owners look sad and desperate.
